BUYER (CONSUMER)
The person whose name, address and contact details are provided at the time of booking.
Article 2 — Subject Matter
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and performance of the transfer / VIP transportation service ordered by the BUYER through means of distance communication (website, WhatsApp, Telegram, telephone, e-mail).
Article 3 — Service Details and Price
The type of service (airport transfer, intercity transfer, meet & greet, chauffeur hire, etc.), date and time, route, vehicle class, number of passengers and total price are notified to the BUYER in writing (WhatsApp/e-mail) in the booking confirmation, which forms an integral part of this agreement. The notified price is the total amount including VAT and, unless stated otherwise, covers motorway and bridge tolls and the chauffeur fee.
Article 4 — Pre-Contractual Information
The BUYER declares that, prior to confirmation, they were informed of the essential characteristics of the service, the total price, the method of payment and performance, the SELLER's full trade name and contact details, the cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply and the complaint channels; and that they have read and accepted this agreement together with the Booking and Cancellation Policy.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made in cash, by bank transfer, or by credit card through the in-vehicle card terminal. Where a deposit is requested, the amount and due date are stated in the confirmation. The SELLER does not collect or store card details through the website.
Article 6 — Performance
The service is performed at the confirmed date and time at the notified meeting point. For airport pick-ups the flight is tracked live; in the event of a delay, waiting times apply as set out in the Booking and Cancellation Policy. The SELLER may perform the service through its own fleet or contracted suppliers, while remaining responsible for performance.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15/1(g) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, supply of food and beverages and the use of leisure time that must be performed on a specific date or period. Our transfer and vehicle hire services fall within this scope.
Nevertheless, the BUYER may cancel or amend the reservation subject to the periods set out in the Booking and Cancellation Policy, and refunds are made accordingly.
Article 8 — General Provisions
- The BUYER must provide accurate and complete booking information; a service that cannot be performed due to incorrect information is deemed performed.
- Where the SELLER cannot perform due to force majeure, amounts collected are refunded or, by agreement, the service is postponed.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption and unlawful conduct in the vehicle are prohibited; the BUYER is liable for any resulting damage.
- Personal data is processed in accordance with our Personal Data Protection Notice.
Article 9 — Complaints and Dispute Resolution
The BUYER may submit complaints to +90 541 504 79 70 or info@soligatravel.com. In case of a dispute, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits.
Article 10 — Entry into Force
This agreement is formed once the reservation is confirmed by the SELLER and the confirmation is approved by the BUYER, and ends upon performance of the service. A copy of the agreement is sent to the BUYER by e-mail upon request.
