1. About the Application
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you may submit requests concerning your personal data to the data controller Soliga Travel. Your application is concluded within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, and the outcome is communicated to you in writing or electronically.
Applications are, as a rule, free of charge. Where the process incurs an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
2. How to Apply
- In writing: send your signed application to Perpa Ticaret Merkezi, Şişli / İstanbul in person or through a notary, marking the envelope “Information Request under the Personal Data Protection Law”.
- By e-mail: send it to info@soligatravel.com from the e-mail address registered in our systems, using the same wording in the subject line.
- Secure electronic signature / registered e-mail: you may send an application signed with a secure electronic or mobile signature to our registered electronic mail address.
3. Information Your Application Must Contain
- Name, surname and, for written applications, your signature,
- Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens; nationality, passport number or ID number for foreign nationals,
- Residential or business address for notification,
- E-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any,
- The subject of your request (state which right you wish to exercise from the list below),
- Relevant information and documents (such as the booking date or the phone number used, to help us locate your data).
4. Types of Request
- I wish to learn whether my personal data is processed.
- I request information about the processing of my personal data.
- I wish to learn the purpose of processing and whether my data is used in line with that purpose.
- I wish to learn the third parties to whom my data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
- I believe my data is incomplete or inaccurate and request rectification. (Please state the correct information.)
- I request erasure or destruction of my personal data.
- I request that rectification/erasure be notified to the third parties to whom my data was transferred.
- I object to a result arising against me from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems.
- I claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing. (Please attach supporting documents.)
5. Identity Verification
To confirm that the application has been made by the data subject and to prevent disclosure to third parties, we may request additional verification information. Applications made through a representative must include a notarised power of attorney.
6. How We Respond
Your application is answered in writing to your address or to your e-mail address, according to the method stated in your request. If no method is stated, we reply through the channel used for the application.
7. Refusal and Complaint to the Board
If your application is refused, if you find the response insufficient or if no response is given within the period, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the response and in any case within 60 days of the application date (kvkk.gov.tr).
