Flights are tracked live. In case of delay, the schedule is adjusted accordingly wherever possible with no extra charge.
Is the VIP transfer service available 24/7?
Yes. We provide booking and transfer services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How much waiting time is included?
Airport pickups include up to 90 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your plane lands. For hotel-to-airport transfers, your chauffeur is at your hotel at the booked time and waits free of charge for up to 30 minutes. If we receive no notice by the end of these periods, the booking is treated as a no-show and the full transfer fee is charged.
Are baby seats free of charge?
Yes. To keep families with babies and children safe, we provide baby and child seats free of charge. Please tell us your child's age or approximate weight at booking so the right seat can be prepared in advance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards and, where suitable, bank transfer.
Do you offer both in-city and intercity VIP transfers?
Yes. In addition to transfers within Istanbul, we also provide private intercity VIP transportation.
When should I make my VIP transfer booking?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your trip so everything can be planned smoothly. Early booking makes it easier to secure your preferred vehicle type and time. Last-minute requests are also considered subject to availability.
